cohort 01 Celeste, founder of the build

in just over a month i built a personal brand to over 50k followers, validated and built the MVP of my social connection app, and diversified my income by 3x. i'm going to teach you the exact framework i used to do it — and dare you to do it too.

from the people already following along

    what they're saying

    “

i've been following your videos for a couple of months and they've been a source of inspiration for what i'm building.

    “

i really liked the simplicity of “write out some stuff and find the common thread”. that gave a lot of clarity on the theme my brain is itching to pursue.

    “

going in with openness is a must, and i really appreciate the perspective it has opened up.

    “

took a personality test on my strengths. excited to see where this goes!

    “

your question about what i want to build made me think. i don't think it's a business, at least not right now. i want to build things that solve real problems and have a positive impact.

    “

most importantly, i think i need exactly what you described: people to exchange ideas with, learn from, be challenged by and build alongside.

    the future is uncertain

you don't fit the traditional path anymore — but no one's shown you the alternative

i'm going to teach you how to diversify your career, find more meaning, and become more resilient in the face of an uncertain future.

you'll learn to analyse your life from a systems-thinking approach, use evidence-based tools to find your most aligned idea, and test the smallest version of it for real feedback — across six weeks.

    get in

    an honest insight

    i'm not a super-experienced entrepreneur or businesswoman

but i am building a life that feels like me — and learning, and sharing, as i go. i've gone from confused and restless to clear and inspired about my future, even when things still look uncertain. i've built the skillset and the mindframe to be ok with uncertainty, and to know i can build anything from the ground up with the right toolkit.

i'm going to take you through the exact process i used to grow a personal brand with viral reach, validate and test a very real social connection app now ready to pitch to big businesses, and diversify my income to future-proof my career.

because that's the reality we're living in — the future is uncertain and scary. and the people who win through it are those willing to invest in their strategic thinking, commercial acumen, digital literacy and communication skills, to shape the opportunities in front of them.

for six weeks i'm walking you through the exact process i took to reframe my mind, test and validate my ideas, and bring them to life. now it's your turn.

    here's exactly what you get

    the offer

each week follows the same rhythm: watch two short workshops, fill out that week in your blueprint, complete the week's "ship" — one small, real thing — and make it public. two live calls bookend the six weeks, and you're carried through alongside the rest of the cohort.

what it asks of you: roughly 2–3 hours a week on average, a little more in week five when we run your experiment.

    your guide

i've stood exactly where you are — not that long ago.

i've spent years in the social sector, building someone else's dream — on contract-to-contract work for seven years, with the very real risk of redundancy every twelve months. i also became a mother of three, and found myself more confused and restless than ever. i was over feeling that way, so i decided to build my way out. i tried and tested ideas — some landed, some completely flopped. but instead of giving up, i kept going. i built a personal brand, became a writer, grew my accounts past 65k, attracted partnership opportunities, and i'm building a social connection startup i'm pitching to big businesses.

i realised that everything i did, i built with the same mindframe and skillset — from the ground up. that's the framework i teach you.

the build is the map i wish i'd had. i learnt the hard way, so i'm giving you my map — as a guide, walking alongside you as you build your own thing. i'm not a guru with a formula. this is career and life strategy with real rigour, not a vision board.

    the reality

this is not a 'done for you' package

it's messy, it's confusing, and you won't have all the answers handed to you. this is about building the skillset and shifting the mindframe to thrive in uncertainty — and to shape a future that actually looks and feels exciting.

i don't give you the answers, and nor should you want that. you're the only one who can figure this out. you just haven't been shown how yet.

    how it runs

    six weeks, six ships

each week has one rhythm: watch a short workshop, fill one sheet of your blueprint, complete that week's "ship" — one small, real thing — and bring it to your group. two live calls anchor the whole thing; your cohort carries you through.

    00

    onboard

arrive as a builder, not a watcher. ship: declare you're building something, and name it.

    01

    orient

see you're in the neutral zone, and map your life-system. ship: publish your why.

    02

    excavate

build from what's already in your hands — strengths, means, the people you know. ship: use what you've got.

    03

    choose

decide what to build, pick your track, commit publicly. this week, we get serious. ship: declare what you're building.

    04

    design & de-risk

turn “i can't afford it” into a number and a plan, and learn to talk about it with the people who care. ship: the smallest real step.

    05

    ship & test

run a real experiment in your track and read the evidence, not your feelings. ship: the experiment.

    06

    adapt & show

decide honestly — persevere, pivot or drop it — and show what you built. ship: the showcase.

plan for two to three hours a week on average — a little more in week five, when you run your experiment.

    one you

    six tracks

almost everything worth building takes one of six shapes. you pick yours in week three — it tells you exactly what "done" looks like this month.

    venture

a business, product or service. ship = someone needs it, or pays for it.

    body of work

writing, art, research, a craft. ship = publish one real piece.

    community

a group, a space, a gathering. ship = gather people once, well.

    cause

a change in a system. ship = one real action + one ally.

    practice & mastery

getting deeply good at a skill. ship = one rep with feedback.

    life redesign

your own next chapter. ship = prototype one new pattern of living.

and yes — redesigning your own life is a real track, not the consolation prize.

    the payoff

    what you leave with

i can't promise the thing you build succeeds — no one can. what i can promise is that you leave having built and tested something real, with your next move mapped out.

    before you decide

    is this you?

    this is for you if

    • you're capable and restless, and almost-ready.
    • you want to build something real and meaningful — not just read about other people doing it.
    • you're between selves, and finally ready to dive deep.
    • you'll show up for a small group who are counting on you.

    this isn't for you if

    • you want one more thing to consume and file away.
    • you need daily one-to-one coaching or clinical support.
    • you're not willing to commit to a single direction yet.
    • you want a passive, self-paced course to leave half-finished.

    before you ask

    questions

i'm not sure i can afford it right now
two things. there's a payment plan (two payments of $235). and week four is a whole module on exactly this — turning "i can't afford it" from a feeling into a real number, so money stops being a vague fear and becomes something you can plan around.
    i don't think i have the time
plan for two to three hours a week on average, with a little more in week five. the workshops are short and pre-recorded, so you watch them when it suits you. the check-ins are light. it's built for people with full lives.
i still don't know what i want to build
good — that's exactly the position i was in when i started. weeks one to three take you from "too many ideas" to one clear, chosen thing. you're not expected to arrive with the answer.
how is this different from every other life-design or entrepreneurial course?
honestly, i can't compare it to every other course — but here's what's true of this one: it's ship-driven, not content-driven. you don't just learn, you build and test a real thing every single week. it's grounded in evidence — positive psychology, systems thinking, behavioural economics — not vibes. and it's a cohort, because cohorts help you think better and execute harder and faster.
what if i pick the wrong thing?
you're running an experiment, not signing a contract. the whole point of week five is to test cheaply, and week six is to read the evidence and decide — persevere, pivot, or drop it. picking the "wrong" thing is just information you didn't have when you started.
    is it self-paced?
no, and that's deliberate. it runs live across six weeks with a real group. the deadline and the people are the whole thing.
